To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to all clients, we kindly ask that you follow our cancellation policy: • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. • If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, or do not show up, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged based on your booked service total. All appointments require a card on file to secure your time. This card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. We understand that unexpected situations can happen.
